Cherry Culture’s Jumbo Shadow Liner in Velvet Rope

This shade is really gorgeous!! Sadly, it doesn't apply with 100% opacity, nor does it stay in place very long once applied. This stuff will not cure quickly, and when it does finally cure it's not very durable. (I've left swatches of this and a few other colors in place on my arm for about an hour, come back and swiped over them…and while they didn't smear quite as much, they didn't stay in place either.)

The color itself is gorgeous - and, oddly enough, once it's applied, I don't mind that it takes two passes to get it to full solid coverage. It makes it easier to have the soft fade-out effect at the edges, which looks better - at least on my eye shape. I think that brown- or brighter blue-eyed people might look better in this shade than blue-grey-eyed folk like myself; but it is a very lovely shade of eye pencil. I just heartily wish that it was more durable..!
