China Glaze’s Below Deck

The much-anticipated “Chanelesque dupe” was compared on lots of blogs, and the general consensus is: while it’s very, very, very close…it isn’t an exact dupe. But the difference is very slight, and largely dependent on lighting to show the shade variations. So if you had lemmings for that color, this will nicely round out your collection without you having to pay Ebay prices for a single bottle of polish.

And if you’re like me and got into nail polish after the whole Chanelesque-thingamajig and don’t know and don’t much care about having a Chanelesque dupe…you will like this polish on its own merits. Two coats for even and fully opaque coverage, a very nice purple that isn’t vampy and isn’t pastel.
