China Glaze’s Drenched in Diamonds

I think this is a glass fleck polish, similar to the Vintage Vixen polishes and the others from the We Adorn You collection. (I'm not dreadfully familiar with “glass fleck” polishes, I wouldn't necessarily know one unless it was labelled, “glass fleck.”) It is semisheer, but buildable. And of course, putting this over a white creme polish will get you full opacity in a single coat of this stuff…but you won't get as much of the glass fleck or the shimmer finish.
