CND’s Vinylux in Cherry Apple (362)

This rich red…is just a little disappointing. CND’s social media had so many photos featuring this color, and it looked like the richest non-blackened red. When I got it, though, and painted it on, it was a semi-opaque red. It was pretty bright, even with four colors. I had to put two coats of this on top of a medium-light brown, like Sweet Cider, to get the color shown in CND’s launch and promo photos. That really ticks me off, especially since the Christmas 2019 red was also semi-opaque. The formula of the polish was otherwise fine. I just already have a red like this from CND in my collection, and don’t really need a second.
