CND’s Vinylux Locket Love (128)

I have other metallic golds that are this shade, or close (though most are brassier, or deeper, or paler.) I don’t have any gold foils that are this shade. I like CND’s foil-finish polishes, and they’re adding more all the time - the majority are still creme-finish, but they’ve been releasing about 2 foil-finish polishes each year.

I originally was steering clear of Locket Love because many of the internet reports stated that it was semisheer even after two coats. It’s true, there are some thinner spots on this two-coat manicure. One more coat probably would have evened those out. But I didn’t feel like I was wearing an “effects topper” or a sheer or semisheer polish.
