CND’s Vinylux Lovely Quartz (329)

I was really excited for this polish! It looked like it had some duochrome action going on, and it was a lighter polish. Turns out it’s just got a strong green pearl dutone, but that’s unique enough. I don’t love that it takes four coats to get full opacity, though!
