CND’s Vinylux Peacock Plume (199)

Almost a microglitter finish. A definite deep blue that just barely leans turquoise-teal. The finish can be a little rough, and while it doesn’t show brushstrokes..it sort of does. It didn’t stain my fingernails, but it was difficult to get completely off my nails when I went to remove it. I had to keep going over my nailbeds right near my cuticles to get the last bits of blue.
