CND’s Vinylux Prismatic collection

The collection is an interesting color palette: the deeper green and medium-deep blue and purple alongside a more-saturated medium-light pink. All four are creme finishes, no foils or pearls or duotones. My personal favorite is Dimensional, and the semisheer Psychedelic is my least favorite - I love the color, but I don’t love that it takes four coats to achieve that color.

People could be forgiven for thinking that there are dupes in this collection. Aura looks a lot like Serene Green, and Dimensional can superficially remind people of Denim Patch. (Dimensional is brighter than Denim Patch, though they are similar.) Holographic is a slightly brighter, slightly more saturated pink than others in the Vinylux line. All - except for Psychedelic - are fully opaque after two coats.

This collection contained:

  • Aura
  • Dimensional
  • Holographic
  • Psychedelic
  • Ultraviolet
