CND’s Vinylux Sienna Scribble (213)

This is my least-favorite of the Art Vandal colors. It’s an attractive enough shade, but it’s semisheer. I had to finally add a third coat to get the desired opacity for my manicure this week. It is an interesting polish, with the duotone pearl finish that makes the whole thing look almost opalescent; but I really don’t love semisheer polishes too much.
