CND’s Vinylux Taffy (274)

This entire collection was all amped-up, intensified pastels. Taffy is a bright aqua that's a lovely shade...but the formula is a bit on the thin side. It doesn't self-level as well as most other CND Vinylux creme-finish polishes. While two coats gave me a fairly good manicure with about 70% even application, I may have been able to get completely even coverage with three coats.
