CND’s Vinylux Tartan Punk (196)

This polish has the brightest shine I’ve seen on any of the Vinylux cremes. It’s a brighter red, almost a “candied” red but not quite that bright. You can see that I slopped a bit onto my cuticles wit this manicure! The polish was not watery, but it was definitely not overly thick! It spread very well. There looks like there might be hints of a softened shimmer finish, but…I honestly can’t tell. I do know that I prefer this weight of red to the deeper, “vampy” true-red polishes.
