Six metal-colored metallic finish polishes. Not all are “gold,” but there’s only one genuinely neutral color (which I didn’t get, because I didn’t care to get another silver polish.) The colors range from medium-deep gold to rose gold to palest gold. These are a nice complement to Color Club’s Foiled polishes from Autumn 2011, which are metallic-finish but with microflecks for added visual texture.
Most of these polishes share the same flaw: their smooth-metallic finish isn't exactly smooth. Unless you have a lot of patience, your thin-coat mani may still be a bit bubbly. If you don't use super-thin coats, you'll see brushstrokes. I'm glad that the formula does give even coverage - I prefer a thicker formula to one that's too thin - but the bubbling is especially irritating. These can be used as stamping polish or for freehand nail art, with the caveats about that bubbling.
