Color Club’s Over The Moon

Not as deep a blue as either Hera or Apolo (so I'm very, very, VERY glad that I got backups of both of those colors!) This isn't as muted a base shade as 2Nite, but the color intensity is close. I'd wonder if holo particle density didn't dilute the base colors, if I hadn't seen the deeper shades in the Hits No Olimpo collection!
