All of the entries for the year 2020 were completed before March 2020. Most items were bought in, or before, 2019. And so, despite the pandemic where buying makeup is definitely a lower priority, I'm still publishing these posts.
Color Club’s Route 66

I like this color very much…! But the polish formula could use some enhancement. It’s watery and thin, and it doesn’t level out nicely. Two coats didn’t get me even coverage, though it was very very close. I wonder if it would have behaved more with a wide, shaped brush like Sally Hansen, CND, and Zoya have (hey Color Club, wanna get on that?) I have successfully used this color under Hooked - that emphasizes the different colors within Hooked while minimizing the thin spots in Route 66.
