All of the entries for the year 2020 were completed before March 2020. Most items were bought in, or before, 2019. And so, despite the pandemic where buying makeup is definitely a lower priority, I'm still publishing these posts.
Color Club’s Rum Running

A very bright neon yellow that’s awfully sheer. I had to use four coats to get full opacity. This reminds me of Zoya’s Bekka, except that this yellow is just barely warmer. I like brighter yellow polishes, even neon - but if the cost is a thinner formula, I’ll settle for primary-bright.
