ColourPop’s Crème Gel Liner in Catsuit

This pencil was also available in the Hang Teal kit before it was in the It's a Dream kit; but as far as I know it's never been available for individual purchase. I love this color! It's a great blue-green that really accentuates my eye color, and it's available in a low-cost formula that applies easily and stays put. I'd only be happier if I could buy this shade individually so that I could get backups upon backups.
