All of the entries for the year 2020 were completed before March 2020. Most items were bought in, or before, 2019. And so, despite the pandemic where buying makeup is definitely a lower priority, I'm still publishing these posts.
ColourPop’s Crème Gel Liner in Charmer

This eyeliner shade is a match for Plum and Get It mascara…which I don’t like quite as much as I like this eyeliner color. (I’m nothing if not consistent!) This was added to the colourpop lineup in the collection after the one that had Wine o Clock and Joyride. The application is fairly standard for ColourPop’s creme gel liners: it goes on smoothly, it’s smudgeable or otherwise blendable for a minute or two after application, when it settles down and stays put for a full day of wear.
