ColourPop’s Crème Gel Liner in DTLA

Maybe a little tiny bit brighter than I thought it would be; but still a very nice, deeper navy. This wasn't my first gel liner from ColourPop - that was the three shades from the Fauncy kit - but this was in my second CP order. It goes on very nicely, smudges and is blendable for a bit, and sets and stays in place all day long, even without using a primer. I think that the UD liners set a little bit quicker, but not much quicker. These aren't like the Stila liners, which are specifically formulated to stay smudgeable for a slightly longer period of time.
