ColourPop’s Crème Gel Liner in Frill

I wish this was available as part of the regular line. I'm not a huge fan of metallic liners, but this one applies very nicely, and I really like the shade!! (Not enough to buy 2 of this kit just to get another one of these, though…) Piggy Bank is a brighter, warmer, bolder shade. This one is very nice, understated but not invisible…nicely elegant.
