All of the entries for the year 2020 were completed before March 2020. Most items were bought in, or before, 2019. And so, despite the pandemic where buying makeup is definitely a lower priority, I'm still publishing these posts.
ColourPop’s Crème Gel Liner in Untz

Bright orange that can…change slightly. Depending on what it’s applied over, and how heavily it’s applied, it can be a warmer yellow-orange or a cooler orange. Either way, it’s totally opaque. (I don’t understand it, I just think it’s interesting.)

Like most of the other neon eyeliner shades, this one has been discontinued. Based on past trends’ cycling, I think it will be at least five years before we see a lot of gel or pencil-format neon liners again; but they will definitely be back.
