Concrete Minerals’ Angel Dust

As an eyeshadow, this may not thrill people all that much. It's kind of in the same boat as Rocked and Hustle - very soft base color, nearly sheer, faint duotone shimmer. What it works excellently as - for me - is a blush or a blending shade. It works best on fair to light neutral or cool skintones.
