All of the entries for the year 2020 were completed before March 2020. Most items were bought in, or before, 2019. And so, despite the pandemic where buying makeup is definitely a lower priority, I'm still publishing these posts.
Concrete Minerals’ Disturbia

This shadow looks like it could be a very nice deeper medium eye color…but whether I applied it wet or dry, it had a heavy white…something or other. I’ve seen this on other shadows, but not on all matte shadow or all brown matte shadows, so it’s something specific to this color. It’s something in the formula. I have many of the Pro Matte shadows from CM, and not all of them have this.
