Concrete Minerals’ Spacey

This color was added to Concrete Minerals’ lineup sometime between 2015 and 2019. (I was not paying extreme close attention to CM’s offerings for a while because there was nothing new, and I had bought all of the eyeshadows that I wanted from them, so…for a while, I stopped checking extremely regularly.) The color application is a little thinner when applied dry, but it’s not patchy. Damp application is solid, saturated, and intense.
