Fairly decent color payoff on this shadow, though I'm happier with the results of dry application (the reverse is usually true.) The foiled application is okay, the color is just so overridden by the finish! (Irritatingly enough, this seems to be fairly standard behavior for the more “plush” frost finish shadows. The entire Glacial Grove collection, from Meow Cosmetics, is the same way.)
