Please pardon the gaps...

The site is in mid-migration now (manual migration of over 7,000 entries, so there's a lot to be done.) The entry stubs are created for older content, but for the most part, the actual content isn't there quite yet. I am working on it. Unfortunately I have no ETA. But feel free to link to any page! When the content does get populated, the URL will stay the same.

EoTD: Emergency Look

Last night I got a call at about 6:30. Did I want to go see a play that evening with some friends? Sure. They'll pick me up at 7. Sure, that works. I just need to shower, get on non-painting clothes, and do something for makeup. No biggie. I actually put together a fairly nice look fairly fast, just by grabbing what was already on the counter, including some newly potted pigments that hadn't been photographed, a new gift set I'd recently bought at Ulta, and my regular array of brushes and foundation stuff:

Face

  • Neutrogena SPF 70 with helioplex, all over face and neck
  • Everyday Minerals' Mint corrector where needed
  • Meow Cosmetics' Sleek Bengal foundation
  • TSS' Little Miss Luxe lip balm

Eyes

  • Benefit Cosmetics' Birthday Suit creaseless cream shadow
  • Bare Escentuals' Nouveau shadow, applied lash to crease
  • Bare Escentuals' Fantasy shadow, inner eye to mid-crease (dry)
  • TSS' Haunted Moon, outer V and under lower lash line (dry)
  • Sephora's Flashy Liner pencil in brown, upper lash line
  • Urban Decay's Oil Slick, over the liner pencil
  • Bare Escentuals' Light Brown brow powder
  • Tarte's Lash Hugger mascara

No pictures because I was in a hurry...but it came out nice, breezy, understated.
