The site is in mid-migration now (manual migration of over 7,000 entries, so there's a lot to be done.) EoTD: Fruit Juice Everywhere

I've been systematically trying to use up the last bits of pigment left in the manufacturers' jars after I repot my colors. Sometimes it's a bit challenging. Other times, things work out fairly well. This has been a way for me to make sure that I get every possible use out of the product, and a good way for me to get acquainted with my colors. I'm less likely to "forget" about a color if I use it - even the last bits clinging to the sides of the pot - than if I simply repot it and file it away.

After last week's warmth and sun, this week's return to cooler temperatures and rain (in other words, a normal Seattle spring) has been something of a let-down. I used several TSS RAOC colors to today as an antidote to the grey and the wet. I also managed to use another of the Aries reds, one I initially thought I'd not be able to use because it was a bit on the orange side.

  • MAC Perky paint pot, lash to just below brow / just above crease
  • TSS' Trolling for Hotties, applied dry in along outer lid / orbital bone
  • TSS' Tactical Tyranny, applied dry to inner eye and swept upward toward crease
  • TSS' Chasing Rainbows applied dry lash to crease
  • TSS' Blisstified applied wet to center lid, inside crease only
  • TSS' Stories of Glory applied to browbone, near tear ducts
  • Aromaleigh v1's Planetearth (not pictured) applied to upper lash line (full) and lower lash line (outer half)
  • Tarte Cosmetics Lash Hugger mascara in black
  • TSS' Little Miss Luxe on the lips
