This color, along with Concentrate and Stay Cool (and Restful blush), made up the Water collection. Interestingly enough, none of the colors read as very blue on me. Still Moments is a light cool silver-grey; Stay Cool is a dark grey-purplpe matte; and Concentrate is a medium-dark grey-blue shimmer that looks a bit like a stormcloud: hints of blue, but mostly just a kind of roiling grey. There are other companies that do an eyeshadow of this shade and color payoff, so this shade isn’t necessarily unique. The shimmer is very nice, and the adhesion is about average for indie makeup. I’ve noticed that unless I foil this color, it does need a few more touch-ups throughout the day than other similar-shade eyeshadows.
