Femme Fatale Cosmetics’ Animal Shaped Jellies

The base color softens a bit when applied dry, but it doesn’t lose any intensity. I did get a little bit of staining (very faint) when applying this damp over bare skin, so if you’re extremely fair you’ll want to at least use a cream base, if not a primer.
