Femme Fatale Cosmetics’ Everburning highlighter

This has a stronger base shade than you'd think, looking at the powder in the pot. It's not a strong base color - it's still a soft, pale pink - but it's not white. Applied like most facial highlighters, the white can mute blush colors slightly and the gold is fairly soft. I like this best applied wet over a dark eyeliner so that the iridescent shimmer is most visible.
