Femme Fatale Cosmetics’ Mighty-One the Wizard

I love finding eyeshadows of this shade! It isn’t because it’s super-rare. I have over half a dozen, from various vendors. It’s just that this is such a great color for me. It complements my eye color rather than leaching all of the blue out (and leaving behind a cool slate grey.) It’s brighter without being full-on neon, or even So Very 1980s (though when I look at this color in certain lighting, I can faintly hear Phil Collins’ drumming from In The Air Tonight and see an alligator tail disappearing off the edge of my vision.)

With this one, it covers so nicely and evenly, and blends very well. The gold shimmer doesn’t easily buff away, so you won’t lose that effect if you have a lot of blending going on in your look. This does stain bare skin just a little, so think about using this one with a base or some kind if you don’t use an eye primer.

Photos that show how the product actually performs...! See how I create my swatches
