“Dusky” is a weird-as-heck word to use in the descriptor for a blue eyeshadow…but…well, you give it a go. The color isn't muted, it's not greyed, it isn't necessarily deepened. There's a deep-sea something lurking in this color, particularly when it's applied more heavily. I like it! It's an elegant mid-range teal, somehow.
