Fyrinnae’s Fire Opal

The blackening isn't ultra-apparent in this color (which is good!), but it's there. It's mostly visible along the edges of the swatches that I did, so it provides a little bit of a background for the color and the gold shimmer. This reminds me of a more golden version of BE's Firefly, without the blackening (so a little bit less heft to BE's color.)

Even with the slight blackened base, though, this color wasn't difficult to remove and didn't have any “leave behind” - which so many blackened colors do. It stayed in place well, when I wear it with primer; and the top notes don't wear or fade away leaving just the charcoal.
