Fyrinnae’s Mephisto

Fyrinnae's website says that this is a red with a very strong blue overlay. I don't doubt that's how they formulated it; and in certain lights it does lean more fuchsia. But…it's purple. There. I said it.

This is not in and of itself a bad thing. The color is bright, on appplication, but less shocking than it appears in the pot.
