Inglot’s 32 eyeshadow

An attractive navy-ish eyeshadow…with a not-so-great application, whether wet or dry. The dry is clumpy, the wet is thin, and the pigment did not want to mix with water at all.

I picked this up in 2012 at IMATS LA, and got it for the show price. These retailed less than MAC pigments - both in terms of overall price and cost per ounce - but they are not as easy to use, in my opinion.
