All of the entries for the year 2020 were completed before March 2020. Most items were bought in, or before, 2019. And so, despite the pandemic where buying makeup is definitely a lower priority, I'm still publishing these posts.
IT Cosmetics + Alex and Ani Your Cosmic Connection kit

A limited-edition blush brush and makeup bag from IT Cosmetics, and a charm bracelet from Alex + Ani. I was far more interested in the blush brush! These didn’t really do well, because at one point they were on sale at Ulta for $7. (The first ones I bought were $14.97; the second ones were close to $11.) The brush is angled, somewhat dense for good control, but not necessarily shaped like the old Sephora Professionel Blush Brushes were. The handle is silver with blue/yellow/pink stars. The makeup bag matches the brush handle and has a large flat metal star on the zipper pull. The bracelet is silvertone, with one enameled charm. Just like with the Celestial Wonder kit, I plan to snip the bracelet and take the charm off for re-use somewhere else. (Though in their current format, the bracelets do make good cat toys.)
