I love it when a product or service is better, or cooler, or neater, than I expected. A nail polish that has a hint of duochrome. An eye color that has subtle hints of iridescence or sparkle that aren't readily apparent. A lip or cheek color that looks brighter and has more depth than the photos or text description lead me to believe.

I don't love it quite so much when I find out by opening the package and seeing said product…all over the jars of its neighbors. Sure it's a great way to showcase all the properties of the item's color. But…I wanted to put that stuff on my face/hands/body, not just look at it on the inside of the thricerotted packing material. (I've spoken with the responsible person(s) a few times about spillage. I even emailed the CS line for this company directly after placing my order. I don't like being the PITA client, but I don't like this constant spillage, either.)
