KBShimmer’s Mermaid in the Shade

This one reminds me of Polish Me Silly's Glow Party. I think these two released right around the same time (summer 2020), so there may have been a trend in the indie-polish world. (Or a certain set of ingredients released close to the same time, perhaps?) They each have their separate advantages - though I tend to prefer KBShimmer since it does include a wider brush. I love-love-love these wider, flattened brushes that more polish companies are using, because I am otherwise a fairly haphazard manicurist. Dang muscle tremors...!

This polish has a dusted-purple base with hints of kiwi green and sapphire blue under stronger shifts to copper and gold. Even though the green and blue are both brighter, more jeweltone shades, all of the colors in this polish are a bit autumnal. This polish looks really good on me, and I love using it! (Which reminds me...I should buy an extra bottle!)

Photos that show how the product actually performs...! See how I create my swatches
