Okay, I admit it…I got this because of the name+color combo. My Whovian instincts kicked in and put this one in the cart. That said, it is a nice shade: close to a blue from a company like BE, that traditionally does softer blues (so as to more easily look “naturalistic”) but with more color payoff than BE blues usually have. There are some aqua and green highlights in this, too. It's nicely pigmented, but not so saturated that it will be outright intimidating if you're cautious about wearing blue eyeshadow.
