L’Oréal’s Infallible Pro Last Waterproof Eyeliner in Forest Green

This deep green has blue tones - it almost looks like it has a blue base color, like the eyeshadows from My Pretty Zombie’s Blue Period Trio. It isn’t easy finding an evergreen liner pencil. Lots of olive tones, or blackened greens, but no blue-spruce shades. This has one of the better formulas that I’ve tried from this collection, but it still isn’t easy to get a nice, thin, sharp line.
