All of the entries for the year 2020 were completed before March 2020. Most items were bought in, or before, 2019. And so, despite the pandemic where buying makeup is definitely a lower priority, I'm still publishing these posts.
L’Oréal’s Unlimited Lift and Length Waterproof Mascara

I think this is one of the very few L’Oréal mascaras that I’ve purchased that is NOT part of the “Voluminous” mascara line. It is kind of gimmicky, with the bending wand. I don’t know that I love paying extra for a bendy wand that I don’t really bend, but the mascara itself is very good. I also like the brush: it’s not too spiky, it separates the lashes very nicely, it’s longer so it’s easy for me to get all of my lashes without feeling like I’m risking poking myself in the eye. It’s a bit more costly than most drugstore mascaras; but it’s less expensive than BareMinerals’ Lash Domination mascara, which I liked very much but didn’t often get because while I like it, I don’t like it enough to pay a little over twice the price of my other mascaras that I like just as well.

I get nice, defined lashes with some added length, and my lashes don’t feel as stiff as some waterproof mascaras make it feel. There is a non-waterproof version, for folks who really don’t care for waterproof mascaras at all.
