MAC’s Let Me Pop paint pot

There's been some speculation that this color might be fairly similar to Rubenesque. I have both, and while they are similar in that they're both oranges, Let Me Pop has a more metallic, sparkly finish and a slightly deeper bronze color. Rubenesque has the near-duotone effect, and is a brighter orange with more of a pearl or shimmer finish.

A montage of three images: top left, close-up of the eyeliner tube or pencil barrel; top right, the eyeliner applied over bare skin, to better show the shade and properties; and below, the eyeliner applied on the eyelid at the lash line.

If you haven't already gotten this, chances are you won't be able to - at least not for a little while. Several items from the collection sold out very quickly (as in, two days after the collection's release on December 26 2010) at Nordstrom's counters, MAC stores and kiosks; and this paint pot is even marked as Sold Out on the webstore. This collection sold so quickly, and its colors are so universal in appeal, that I can't quite imagine MAC not having the capacity to get additional inventory created and in stock (or at least, orderable through the online storefront.)
