Makeup Revolution's collaboration with Illumin_arty included a palette, but I initially only knew about the pencils...which works out, actually, because the palette was arranged in a way that irritates me AND because the pencils are amazing. They apply so smoothly, even the neon yellow; they stay in place for a while; and they sharpen nicely. These are creamier without being "squishy", and blendable for a bit after initial application.

This kit is still available, and currently discounted.
