All of the entries for the year 2020 were completed before March 2020. Most items were bought in, or before, 2019. And so, despite the pandemic where buying makeup is definitely a lower priority, I'm still publishing these posts.
Makeup Revolution’s Wild Animal Integrity palette

This is my preferred palette from the Wild Animal trio. The shades are more my colors: clear saturated cooler shades, or brighter clear warm shades with cool undertones. There are some neutrals, and one near-pastel, but no candied or whisper-soft tones. None of the colors have names, only numbers. (Why does Revolution do that? It’s kind of irritating.) They all apply fairly well over primer, none that are overly patchy or particularly difficult to work with.

Shade 13 is, in my opinion, the least easy to work with. The shadow tends to want to clump together, and it needs a bit more care and attention to make it spread well. It doesn’t really blend worth a damn. It’s the only shadow in this palette with this consistency, though shade 6 comes close. My two favorites are shades 6 and 8. I don’t know that I’d pair them up, but I love the rich egg-yolk yellow and the bright green.
