Mattese Elite’s Navy

This is the brightest of the “Navy” named eyeshadows that I own. I'm sure part of that is due to the sparkle finish; but BE's French Navy is a deeper, almost blackened blue. BFTE's Navy is a deeper blue that leans just a tiny bit teal-ish. And then there's this shade, which is close to a midnight-blue.

The coverage is excellent, and it stays in place well. It does stain my skin a bit, even with primer (I know!!!), so be aware of that. I have not had much luck using this as a liner because of the texture/finish.
