Maybelline’s Precious Pearl Color Tattoo cream shadow

Similar to Maybelline's Too Cool, but not as bright. Application is a bit spottier than the others in this collection, so don't sweep it on - pat or lightly stipple it into place.

If you're looking to lighten and brighten, you have better options - NYX's Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk being one popular and inexpensive alternative. If you're looking for a softer highlight, though, Precious Pearl works well for that.

I haven't yet tested this under any eyeshadows as a cream base, so I don't know how it will affect any colors laid over it.
