Maybelline’s Too Cool Color Tattoo cream shadow

This was part of the original collection. I sidestepped it originally, in favor of the bright colors that we weren't getting from elsewhere (like Edgy Emerald and Pomegranite Punk) and then later on wasn't all that thrilled at picking up a white frost-finish cream shadow.

A montage of three images: top left, close-up of the eyeliner tube or pencil barrel; top right, the eyeliner applied over bare skin, to better show the shade and properties; and below, the eyeliner applied on the eyelid at the lash line.

Just like with other frost-finish cream shadows, application is a bit finicky. Patting it on gives fairly even coverage, but if you're not careful you can pull up some of the previously-applied shadow. Sweeping it on just gives you uneven coverage.

For a white cream-shadow base, I prefer something like NYX's Milk - cream finish, no application problems, and better overall wear.
