This is like Concrete Minerals' Temptress, but without the blackening. Imagine the color deepened rather than blackened…and there you go. (I did not intentionally plan to review these two shades on the same day. It just worked out that way…)

Even without the blackening, B&E works as a liner shade. I patted this over black liner pencil, and it gave a faint teal shimmer to the black liner rather than intensifying this color - so be aware of that. I don't know if the same thing would happen using this over black or black-brown liquid liner.
