Meow Cosmetics’ Cannonball!!!

Can lean periwinkle-ish or navy-ish, depending on lighting and surrounding colors. It's a lovely “ocean-water” blue with a very soft shimmer finish. Just barely dark enough to be used as a non-“bright” eyeliner. It also buffs and blends nicely, if you wanted to just have a hint of this color rather than a solid area.
