Meow Cosmetics’ Cat Call

If Meow's Swinger was too intense a blue, but Meow's Azure Sky isn't quite saturated enough, Cat Call falls in between the two. It doesn't have any duochrome effects or iridescence, but it does “change colors” - whether you apply it wet or dry. Want more green? Keep it dry over primer. Want the blue to take the lead? Foil it with your mixing medium of choice.
