Meow Cosmetics’ Charm

This is almost a buff-pink. It tends to look a little crumbly or flakey even when foiled. It’s a matte, so it doesn’t look great over things like glitter glue. The formula is a little better than most Meow mattes, but it’s still not the easiest to work with.

It will blend, but when I’ve used this color in looks, I’m happier with the results if I blend another color into it, rather than trying to get it to blend into other colors. (As in, put this on as the base, then blend the other color into it.)
